- Payment due at time of service

- Medicare or health rebates apply only where eligible
5. Risks & Results
All procedures carry risks and side effects. No guaranteed outcomes.
6. Refunds
No change-of-mind refunds for completed treatments. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
Alternatives may be offered instead of a refund.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
- Non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law
- Must be used before expiry
- Not redeemable for cash
